are head casting 706/862 and 243/799 valve covers interchangeable?

are head casting 706/862 and 243/799 valve covers interchangeable?
are head casting 706/862 and 243/799 valve covers interchangeable? same bolts configuration, gasket, coil pack configuration, rocker arm clearance , etc? are they the same?
I am swapping my 706 for some 799 and my 799's dont have the valve covers so i am curious if all the 'extra' parts can be used from my 706's
any other heads that are interchangeable?
