I'm hoping not but I wouldn't be suprised. Cam bearings can knock only when hot? I talked with my coworker and he thinks it's no lower end since it only do it hot. Said mains will knock hot or cold as well as rods. I can't even think clearly ny brains tired of guessing. I'd hate to pull it out and find out I overlooked something as small as an o ring. Also I did find out that I got the wrong specs for the retainer plate...saw in a thread anything over 12ft lbs cracks the plate mines at 18...

do not use anything other than the green O ring for truck pickup tubes, yes that o ring could cause low oil pressure, in fact, no o ring causes 0 oil pressure, if there is not an adequate seal, oil pressure will be "lost" through there

Isn't the motor already damaged regardless of the cause?

Why is your harmonic balancer pulley so out of whack? Does not sound good.

That puppy is toast...I'm not sure I'd go back to the same shop that jacked up the build the first time but hey...who knows. Good luck - post a new vid when you get the block back.
