I'm guessing that you'll need 7.45 pushrods, but what I'd do is get the 7.45's, keep the 7.4's that you have now, and buy a pushrod length checker to find out for sure. After measuring and getting an exact reading, use the pushrods that you need and either sell or return the other ones

thats what i did, bought some new tsp 7.45 from a guy on ls1tech, 65 shipped to me, not a bad deal!!

the 100mm pulleys are used on maggies for more belt wrap from belt slip

usually when you get a cam that's been "reground" it's on a smaller base circle. They'll cut the back of the lobe for the new size.

couldnt help it, started tearing truck down. already have grille and efans off, gonna drain coolant tomm. and might pull rad. ordered new arp bolt and air fitting for spark plug hole from jegs. I took off friday and monday, gonna start on it thurs nite, wrap up friday sometime. meeting charlie wheatley again monday to get retuned, gettin excited!!


oh yeah, what do i do with the a/c evap in front of radiator, just move carefully out of the way? this will be my first cam swap.

I didnt need to remove the condenser on mine, there is enough room to just pull it straight out if you remove the fans.
