well this is the idea i want to get a ls1 block turn into a 383 stroker, with zo6 heads and cam with a whipple on top of it all at around 10psi, what kind of hp do you guys think i will have???

 

close to 500 i would think.

 

Depends on the cam but in my opinion he aint far off

 

5.7 block wont be a 383 something like a 378 or so since a ls1 is only 346 but you get the point

 

how much more would it be with 15psi would it be over 600hp

 

An LS1 with a 4" strocker crank makes 382ci and around 480+RWHP N/A and if you add a supercharger it will add around 100hp depending on the supercharger and your exhaust etc.

IMO if you want boost, a high reving engine is the way to go.
