Do I have flex fuel?

I recently bought an 03 Lq4 that came out of a 2500 silverado did they come with flex fuel and is there anything on the motor that I can look for that will let me know if I have it or not.

The RPO code LQ4 says all you need to know. It is not the flex fuel variant.
