Did GM make 709 cylinder heads?

I have a 07Saab97x same as Trailblazer 5.3LH6 325CI where the casting
(front of each head) on my head
I can read first #being 7 third# being 9, second # is a blur could be a 0 or 9.

I would like to have 799s so is there another location for head#?

It may be a 70(6) we see those once in a while. You can find them on some Saab's, GMC envoys and Isuzu Ascenders

 

No, there was no 709 head.

yes Sir: you are correct I have 799 casting.

I'm doing a DOD delete and am concidering a LS9 cam or is this 122LSA only for liter cars?

As said in the other thread, the LS9 is a terrible choice. You'd regret it forever.

Pick a 5.3 truck focused camshaft, lots of options in your other thread.
