I have been doing a little research on cams over on tech. and some of the guys seem to pushing cams like this. I have been running my 212 218 for a while now and am itching to try a different cam. I think there is potential for more torque down low while not sacrifising power up top.

Any mention of valvetrain wear issues? The only thing that makes me really hesitate with this cam is that I dont want to have to swap springs every 20,000 miles

you noted they mentioned your 4.8 setup with milled heads.....any mention of this cam installed on a bolt-on 5.3L?? (CAI, cat-back and headers, tune) ??
does anyone know how much lift is safe with the L33?? this cam has me really interested because of the torque gains. i understand i'd probably need to upgrade springs, pushrods and lifters...i just want to make sure it's good to go and it's gonna do what i want it to do safely....

I asked them about my setup since no one else chime in with any different setups. This was done over email I would like to add. Its hard for me to call during the day and have a sit down talk, I work 14 hour days.
