Default Comp LSR cams? 215/223 on a 112 LSA?

I have been browsing the forums and searching for a cam that will suit my needs, and what seems to be the needs of many here. A torque, lower rpm cam with decent gains across the board. Something like the comp 212/218 or tr220.

Recently I came across the Comp LSR line of cams, and the first in the line stuck out to me as something that might fit this application. Here is the specs: http://www.compcams.com/Cam_Specs/Ca...csid=1399&sb=0

215/223 on a 112 LSA. Seems like a pretty good combo. May even have a decent idle.

So what's the verdict? Any experience? Opinions? All is welcome.

I do not have the cam mentioned but I have a custom cam ground using Comp's XE lobes and similar duration/overlap/advance specs. (see signature). There is a short idle clip of the cam just after the install on my "Photo" link. I wanted a custom cam since my truck is a bit heaver (i.e. 4x4) and I use it as my daily driver. I would say it gained me a nice chunk in the midrange and some decent gains up top too. NO low end was lost either. I would think the new LSr lobes would give even more power than my puny (realitevely speaking) XE lobes. I would not mind upgrading to an LSr cam in the future. Let me know if you need anymore info or even a video.
