While the trucks down I decided to check my lifter adjustment for the first time since the new engine. Comp wants 0-1/8th turn preload. I found them all at 1/2 turn. I set them at 1/6th turn, just because it is easier to see 1/6th turn than 1/8th with six point nuts.
It will be awhile before the truck's running again, so I thought I would ask if anybody else has made a similar adjustment, and did it change the lifter noise?
