Let me know what you guys think. Patrick G. said it would still have decent street manners and would really wake up the truck.

thats a good size split... I would change up the LSA a bit but other than that I'd run it... seems like it would be a good mannered cam for the boottle...

This is what he wrote,

On motor, you ideal cam would have been 238/242 .619/.626 110LSA +1 advance. But with a 200-250 shot, we'll want to open up the exhaust valve earlier while keeping the IVO, IVC, EVC and overlap the same as the NA cam. This is how we came up with the 238/250 .619/.630" 112LSA +3 cam.

my buddy has almost the same cam specs in his 408, sounds nasty and has plenty of power as well, i think this motor will love it,especially with the juice, sounds like a good cam man! be sure to let us now how you like it when you get it in.

Bit the bullet and ordered it. Hopefully it will get here quick so I can get it tuned by Nelson on my Houston trip on the 28th of march. If not then a mail order will have to do.

How much milling is done on your heads if any?? With that much lift will you run into any PTV clearance problems?? .655/.667 (with the 1.8s)

Heads are 64 cc patriots, and the lift provided with cam specs incudes the 1.8 rockers so max cam lift will be 630. I am worried about daily driving with the new cam but I was assured that it would still be good. If all goes well the new cam, ls6 intake, and 250 shot will net me a 10 sec pass next winter.

Oh ok gotcha, i thought the specs were for stock rockers.

Its nice to hear that someone has such a built truck and enjoys it enough to drive it everyday no matter how high gas prices get.

Good luck with your cam.
