as long as the rods are the full floating ones that came in the 04 up LQ4s then yeah

LQ9 floating rods Started in 02 in the Cadilac esclade and followed in to the 03 Silvy ss
LQ4 started using floating rods around 05.

LS2 Pistons ard LQ9 pistons are the same Piston and require a bushed rod for the floating pin.
