The choppy sound comes more from the LSA than the duration. The lower the LSA-chopper idle, higher LSA smoother idle
I think DOZERDAN has a smaller cam like that and he has a soiund clip on here somewhere. (I think its that size)

it also depends highly on the exhaust behind said cam.... mine didnt sound as big with the catted factory manifolds....but it hits very nice with this LT header/ no cat setup!
mine is on a 114....but i dont have any soundclips. trust me though, it sounds great!

ya i just mainly wanted to here how it lobes not necessarily the sound because like u said it depends on the exhaust..
