Default Cam recomendation for L9H non-VVT

Looking to swap a L9H into a '09 Tahoe without VVT.

What would be a good cam, thinking something mild because i am still using the stock converter? This is a Daily driver. I know I will be loosing some power with the stock cam after removing the VVT.

Truck specs:
'09 Tahoe 4x4, 3.42 G80. 2" lift.

Any of the "stage" 1 or 2 camshafts would work. I know texas speed, BTR and such have camshafts like that.

Try to stay in the ball park of a 212/218ish camshaft size or slightly on each side of those numbers. Going much larger will want an aftermarket converter.
