Default Cam question

My buddy has a 99 5.3L Chevy that is pretty much stock. He has Hypertech, K+N CAI, dual exhaust, and was wondering what he can do to get a little more power. He was thinking of changing his cam but doesn't want a lot of problems because it is still a daily driver. He is more or less trying to find a drop in cam with minor tuning needed, if any. If anyone has any suggestions it would help out alot, thanks.

Welcome to PT.net
The first thing he should do is dump the hypertech and get a custom tune. Make sure he reloads his factory tune before doing so.
