Not at the moment I just want a fast 5.3 but I need to know wat size cam would be good so I can buy it and install it so I can c how much it helped me out from my old cam

The lobe profile is different, but the duration and lift of both is nearly identical, you could flip a coin.

I saw 3 cams on the 1st page of this thread that were good choices.
Maybe you should SEARCH those specs and see what pops up
