you planning on getting a stall? you pretty much need a stall if you want a decent cam to work good, stock stall maybe 212-218 530 lift 110lsa, 3000 stall tr220, 4000 stall 228r. Thats kind of a base line that can help you on size, custom ground cams dont cost any more then off the shelf and that might be your best bet, find a good cam grinder and have them build you one. pat g makes good cams.

RCSB, ECSB, RCLB, 2wd, 4wd, AWD?

What RPM do you want to run to?

Planning on a new set of head/rework your current heads?

What year is it? This will determine if you have 706 style heads, or 243 style heads. As well as your CR.

Comp 216/220 low lift works for me.

Reg cab, 4x4, 3.73, 3200 stall, 243 heads, broad power range and shifting at 6200. May be able to go a little bigger and look at something like a TSP 220, or a TR220. But that's the biggest I'd go. After cam and head work, you may have a fueling issues, since I currently don't have enough fuel pump with my setup. My fuel pressure drops off bad at 5400.

They're stock 243's milled .030 to bump compression back up. Wasn't able to hit the track this year due to the near biblical flood we had all summer. I'm going to hit the track in the spring, but first I have to get a different fuel pump.

According to my Areoforce Interceptor.. my quarter time will be somewhere around 13.8 probably +/- .2
