Sky is the limit if you want to up the converter stall speed and do some major head work.
What exactly do you want to do with your truck? 1/8th mile, 1/4mile, street/strip, street only?
My truck has definately taken a liking to my new cam, so don't let anyone come in here and tell you big cams are bad. They're just too afraid to experiment!

speaking from experience.... I would not go bigger than a 220/220 @112, but that is just me...
Getting the cam you listed to run correctly will be a MONSTER task... sure it will run, but it will idle like crap, MPG will completely suck, it will have a power band resembling a Vtec.... Peak HP is totally different than power under the curve... Power under the curve is what wins races.. Just my .02....
my 222/224 @112+2 did 2.00 60ft and 8.6
my 214/220 @ 108+2 did 1.83 60ft at 8.37
Bigger is not always better.

well the reason i dont mind putting a big cam in a 4.8 is because i plan on doing a LQ9 but id like to see how much i can get outta the 4.8 im thinking of doing AFR 205s or something close to them TBSS intake and when i get sick of the 4.8 ill switch all the stuff over to a LQ9 short block

Its up to you, a cam that big will sound cool and that would be about it... I am one of the few on this board that has experiemented with alot of stuff on the 4.8 and posted all the results...
IMO buy a cam that is good for the 4.8, then sell it when you build the LQ9 and buy another one... Cams sell really good on this board... But i hope you do live tunes or at least get the cable from Justin, cause it is going to be a nightmare to tune...
