msd red wires
Volant intake system
magna flow exhaust


i want good stall for it
and good cam and roller rockers
thats all

Not trying to sound like a dick, but what everyone is saying is that the word "BEST" means something different to everyone, based on the way they drive the vehicle. Answer this for me...what do you use the truck for? DD+towing, drag race only, just a DD? That will help in pointing you in the right direction.

BTW...www.thatcamiswaytobigforyourlittleengine.com is really funny.

one more question for you...what do you want the truck to sound like? Choppy and nasty or stock(close to stock)?

As mentioned above, list what you want to do with the truck so it will narrow it down. There are allot of different cams that will work but depending on what you want to do would determine which one would be the best choice.

Along with what they already said, you don't need roller rockers. The stock rockers are already roller rockers. They don't have roller tips, but you won't gain much from adding that anyway.
