Default Best Cam?

I have a 99, 5.3 ltr truck. I have headers, full exhaust, programmer, 4.10 gears, and a 3200 stall. Wondering what would be the best cam to go with. Any suggestions?

tsp 220 with 580 lift and better with a tune than a programmer.

Sounds like a good recommendation to me!
Dont forget your 7.4 pushrods and Upgraded valve springs!

yeap this is it. alot of guys in the rgv use this cam with great success, most popular cam due to its reputation. just make sure you get hardened pushrods and appropriate springs and you should be very very happy with no guess work. good luck.

Is this a good cam to stick with if I decide to get heads to or would something else be better. Thinking about going with the 243 heads.

This is the cam that I have, and I decided to keep it with my worked heads with no regrets. I am very happy with it. I'll try to post an idle clip ASAP.
