37's will fit fine, as long as it is a 12.50 on a 8in wide wheel with the proper back spacing.

Im going with a pro comp full drop so it will be a true 6" along with ford keys so that will net me 8" of lift up front, and I will be using an 8" wide wheel, the tires are 36.7x14.1, they will clear just fine, I may have to slightly trim the inner fenderwell and the lower valance but not by much at all if any.

Any experiences I've had, it seems that no matter what size the engine is, the lower the rpms (because it's not working the engine too hard or reving much) at any given speed the better the economy. (within reason) If you can get at or below 2000 rpm at 75 mph you'll be doing good, if you can get to 1800 rpm at 75 mph, I think that's the best you could do.
Stick with the 4.10's and go with the 35's, I think the 37's would get a little more economy but you'd give up too much daily performance to justify the economy gains. Plus you're starting to get a really big, and heavy tire in there and the physics of it start to counter the positive effects of diameter gains.
Let us know how this turns out, thanks!

I think close to 800rwtq will be plenty to turn 37s but we will see, there will be a dyno chart up around August of it, I just need to find the time to work on the damn thing

i agree. i cruise at 2400 to 2500 in the 75 to 80 range (4.10's and a 31.7" tire). If i granny style it and get her below 2000 for most of the driving i add an average of 5 mpg.

Do you realize since I have been a member here we have been talking about your build, I agree with that turbogibbs guy, get cruising!!!! ( I know I know, just razzing cody) btw i still have a burnt up 80e converter i'd ship you for free.

I have TWO, one that I bought of denalihd and the one that came with my 80e which got here today. Progress is being made I assure you. Im shipping the whole shortblock assembly out to WCCH for Rex to rebuild it and assemble the whole longblock. The major hang up is finding time to get it to the freight office then when I get it back to install it. I work 80 hours a week and go to school so wrench time is VERY limited, and the wrenching time cuts in to my beer drinking time so it causes problems
