Talking to Henry today I think what happened is the shop that did the fuel system did not switch out the lines from the tank to the intake of the A1000 and left the stock ones in place. Seems the A1000 was fighting the added restriction as well as upping the fuel pressure and it finally burned itself out. With any luck my roomate and I are gonna pull the pump and see if it just the seals are bad since it's still functioning just not able to maintain high pressure.

Julien, I have the racing style return system in mine with 1 in tank Walbro and a KB BAP...seems to be working fine, but can't say its had to last more than 2000 miles between breakdowns of one type or another!
