Default 99 5.3 head bolts

I was just trying to figure out if I could use the head bolts the I off my 04 gto. They are arp 134 -3610. Thanks for any help.

If there are 3 different size bolts you should be good to go.

Pretty sure your GTO bolts are only two different sizes vs the three you need.

My 04 5.3 had two sizes not three, however you have the 5.7 it may work out for ya

See that's why I'm confused. I did hear that they changed them mid 04 for the different sizes.

That I don't know. I have a friend back in Florida sending my bolts to me. I have a set of 2 and 3 bolt diff boxes. Also truck is at the shop waiting on me to put tranny back in it. Was looking at doing the cam and porting the heads mid April.

The 2004 GTO could have either early or late style head bolts. Mine was a Dec 2003 build date, so it had the early style. I've seen several others that used the newer style. Like was said, if your bolt kit has three different lengths, it will work.

Okay. Yea mine was a w40 so it was a latet build gto. Thanks for all the help.

My 04 gto 5.7 had the old style 3 length bolts.
