Default 799 heads on 5.3

Came across some 799 heads and wanting to upgrade from my stock ones. Wondering how much would need to be milled so I could still use my 7.400 pushrods. I know some of you have done this, any info? What kind of comp. ratio would I be looking at? Will it be a noticeable gain?

from my math you would ahve to mill at least .025 to maintain stock compression...
from what iv been told every .007" will take out 1cc...

Mill 0.030 ' and you can keep the same pushrod. . You. Should be around 59 cc . Bump up compression . You should see '. Some nice gains ..
