Is there something wrong with the block??? Why not just go .030 over and use an off the shelf piston with the stock rod???

I like the way you think

There's a scratch in one cylinder that .030 won't get out and there's plenty of block to go that big so why not...

Still undecided on what ill do... Might end up doing rods after all.

Just looking for a economical way out... If it won't go .030 or .040 Then There you Go... .060 It is. I guess you have to spend a few$$$...

Sorry to hear it's being a biatch, but you'll find something -- I think either way (rods or slugs for the stock rods) you will end up in a custom slug, however.

Can be done like he said... Here is the .060 pistons for about $400 Just need the 6.125 rods wich are avalible for around $300 on Ebay...

I was just reading the whole AD... They are having some kind of free shipping promotion right now.... AT only $405 for the set which includes the Pins and Rings How could you go wrong... LOL
