BTW I am not refering to the work you did, I am stateing if the other guy did not initally set things up properly this could have been the start of the problems.

yes they are tsp ported heads. ya something has definently got to be wrong to cause this. I think were gonna end putting new heads on it because if one guide did this and another has moved, the others may all do it.

after 5 hours of trying to get ahold of tsp yesterday, i finally got to talk to somebody. they said they have never seen anything like this but they cant warranty anything. i think well just put a set of stock l92s on it. the owner is wanting his dd back and is short on money.

Wow thats crap. Kinda makes me not wanna deal with them. I could understand not giving a refund or anything but i would have expected free shipping on a new set of heads through them or something to help with the total price on a new set of heads.

only thing he offered me was to sell me a single ported head. but i really dont wanna use the other head and come up with the same problem.

You would really expect us to "warranty" a set of heads that is several years old, and has had multiple owners? Whether you call Summit, Jegs, WCCH, Walmart, etc that isn't going to happen. The heads have a 90 day warranty, first off. We've been known to take care of issues if there was clearly something we did wrong. But these have a LOT of miles on them, have been through numerous combos, etc. Expecting warranty on these is absurd.
