Is there a LQ9 head and a LQ4 head or do both motors us the same cylinder head??

 

Same Same, there are 317's and 035's as far as I know.

Yeah I thought they were the same just making sure. I might be getting matts heads and was just wondering if they were different.

Yeah David Im putting the turbo setup on matts truck this weekend. Hopefully I can get all of it done in two days.

 

They are the same,that book says 035 heads came on the LQ9,that has not been true as far as I can tell. Has anyone ever seen 035s?

 

my lq9 came with 317s

 

according to that site, all 6.0 pistons are flat tops and both lq4 and lq9 share the same heads, so why is the compression different?

 

We here all know the pistons are different.Pics are floating around here too.
