so a 410 is the limit? if that is the case i guess ill just find another block if that is the result

If going FI then keep the bore size as small as possible. If going NA then thinner walls aren't trouble. Once past .030" over on the bore size you should have the block sonic tested to be aware of how thin and where the thin spots are.

so if i can find a fresh block so i stay 402? for a TT setup or just bore it .030 and make it a 408

this also depends on if the walls were scored

You can get new iron blocks for $695 I think. For boost a 402 would do great.

Biggest I've heard of was .060" over. I wouldn't go that far though.
