Default 550 hp and 2500tq at 1200 rpm.

Saw this on Tech and thought I would share. There's a few neat engine designs that were introduced. Wish they went into more detail as to their operation but hopefully some of these will prove to be feasible!

"Our favorite engine at the 2009 SAE World Congress was this awesome piece of engineering from Vengeance Power. It borrows concepts from several different kinds of engines and improves on them in certain aspects. Think of it like a sliding vane superchager improved in every possible way and made to burn fuel.
Continued HERE."

Yeah me too but that thing is like a TVS on steroids...apparently.

Edit...nevermind I'm an idiot, you'd think I would remember the vane reference!

There's also a Mighty Yet Tiny engine that supposedly works better for driving, but I have not heard anything of it lately.

(Massive Yet Tiny)

This one has too many parts to translate the motion for my tastes.

The Vengeance Power engine would be cool to put in the back of the engine bay, and then mount one of those plastic V-8s that they use for fit-up, in front of it. People would be like "It's a fake engine, so where is all the noise and power coming from?"
I wonder what it does sound like.

I'm confused about that as well...I would imagine a **** load but then you look at the gap in hp/torque numbers and...I dunno!

Guess it's completely different from a gas engine.

Quick Reply: 550 hp and 2500tq at 1200 rpm.
