Default 5.3L HO L33 camshaft duration???

hey guys, i am currently building an HO with forged bottom end to run with supercharger and was wondering the cam specs for the L33. haven't been able to find anything concrete, gm powertrain says valve lift was increased to 12.6mm(.492") but i found a chart in another thread that says 12.24mm (.482") the gm guys say the lobe lift is 7.2mm (.283") so that works out to be
.482". its not the lift i am most concerned with as the duration is what i am looking for. any help is appreciated!!!

just because of the way they built a 9.9:1 compression engine to run on 87 octane. i may be right out ot lunch but i thought with a higher lift cam the duration would go up to control detonation a little
