Congrats, doing swaps in these trucks is harder than you would think.. I did a 4.3L to 6.0L swap before, I dont think I'll ever do it again except for the right price.. We ran into the same problem with the tranny. Once you turn the truck on, it will start out in 1st gear, but once it shifts out, it will never go back in. However, we had 2nd and 3rd, no OD. Dont drive it like that for too long because the guy I did it for ended up smoking the transmission in about 40 miles.

Ups told me all day my pcm would be here today. Now @ 9 phuckin 45 they are sayin itll be monday. Its official, I can do an engine swap faster than these worthless sacs of

I had the same problem a few weeks on a swingarm for my 450R. Overnite package shipped on wednesday didn't get to me til the following monday. I got to talk to who I was told was one of the top UPS people and I "politely" told him what I thought of his shipping company. To make a long story short I received a written apology from the manager of each hub that my package went through and from the snotty little bitch that answered the phone when I called
