I had a 206/212 on 112+4 on xtreme energy lobes when I had a 305 in my 87 s-10. Substantial torque and mpg increase over the stock cam, even with cast iron exhaust manifolds. I highly recommend that cam. Truck had 3.42 gears, th350 and stock converter. I was using TBI injection, never got a custom chip for it, but after the cam swap, it was pulling so much air that it ran the best with 350 fuel injectors. This cam would also work great with a carburetor.

Part number 12-249-4. You'll need to buy springs 26981-16 and new lifters as well. On a side note, DO NOT run oil that is specified for gasoline engines. Run HD oil meant for Diesel engines, like Shell Rotella. I did not know this at the time and had some camshaft lobes eventually go flat. Oil that is specified for gasoline engines lacks in the ZDDP additive and is not compatible with flat tappet camshafts like you have.
