Default 241 heads on a 5.3

1. I know the combustion chamber on 241's is larger than on the stock 5.3's heads, so how much do I have to mill off the 241's to get back to 61cc?

2. Is there much benefit to going with a little more compression? (maybe a 59cc combustion chamber?)

3. How much can I mill off the heads before it affects the intake sealing surface? (I want the stock intake to fit)

4. Lastly, about how much rwhp can I expect with 241's w/ 59-61cc chambers, 2002 LS6 cam, tune, cai? Can I expect mid-13's with a 2600-3000 converter?

Thanks in advance for the help! Oh, please don't say get the 243's. If all goes well, I already have the 241's.
