Default 236/232 or 234/228?

I am between these grinds for a turbo cam to go in my 408. It will have Edelbrock 245 heads, low 8.x compression, Vic Jr, 90 mm, and a Turbonetics Y2K 88mm turbo. The 236/232 on a 115 is definitely available, I am not sure if the 234/228 is available yet, I will know pretty soon.

The single turbo will be fed by log manifolds on both sides, will the 236/232 115 have too much exhaust duration and possible overlap with a less than great manifold? Should I try to go with a 116 on that one or go with a little less duration on a 115?
