2012 6.0 l96 ? Will it drop in my 2010 sierra )5.3)

Friend has a 6.0 from 12 2500 and will that drop in my sierra cc 4 wheel drive?
Also what gas milage diff would I see between the motors.

It should bolt right in, You will need it to be tuned however. Also the 6.0L won't have afm.

will bolt right in assuming you have the intake to go with that 6.0 as they have ls3 port heads, your 5.3 intake won't work on it... other then that bolt in, tune and go.
