Default 2010 gmc cc 4.8 cam and intake

Has anybody done a cam swap in the newer gm 4.8? I'm building my 4.8 for 400hp. I may turbo or supercharger later. I've read a lot of threads installing the ls6 cam and ls6 intake but all on older gm. Any info will help. Thanks

i would go after market cam and keep your intake. with longtube headers you should be able to make your goal.

I have a Comp Cams 212/218 with PRC 2.5 CNC heads and American Racing Headers. With a Blackbear tune I put 300hp to the wheels with275 tq. Obvioulsy My cam is very mild and the heads and headers probably flow a little too much for the amount of displacement that I have, but it runs nice. I'm selling the truck soon, so If you are looking for a good deal on some ARH's PM me.
