Im swapping the 5.3 lm7 into my 80 olds cutlass was wondering what kind of heads cam and intake can i bolt on to make about 115 more horses. Stock 5.3 lm7 is only 285hp. Daily driver but i need more power and when i hit the gas i wanna get out there

115 extra horsepower isn't going to come cheap.
Do you plan of running a stall converter at all?? Because that can determine what kind of camshaft you'll want to run.
You could find some 243 stock heads to slap on there or mill your stock heads some.
Factory intake should be just fine.
I think you'd be happy with 300-330 wheel horsepower.

I suggest some reading and research on your end aswell.
You won't see 400 whp without a crap load of money into that motor.
Without a stall converter a big cam isn't going to be fun to drive or worth it. Go with something in like the range of 212/220, 214/220 or similar. Like I said you can find some better heads or mill yours and port them if you want to.
