A 226/230 on a 109+0 in a 6.0L would be a walk in the park to tune. Anyone proficient in calibration software should have no problem getting that camshaft tuned in with those valve events. I would not recommend high compression (over 11:1) if you wish to make this your daily and don't want to fill with premium all the time.
