Default 1.8 Yella Terra rocker ?s

First-I know all of you say rocker are a waste of time and just get a cam, but my funds are limited after the $2800 transmission rebuild

I just recently received a set of 1.8 yella terra rockers for $200 had to buy them.

stock cam 5.3L 2000 140,000 miles
intake lift .466 after 1.8 rocker .493
exhaust lift .457 after 1.8 rocker .484

2 questions
1-the stock springs are good to a .500 lift do I need to replace them? push rods?

2-I know the rockers need 22psi, but do they need adjusting?

The springs should be fine and they shouldn't need adjusting after installed.
