Just picked up my GMC SLT about a month ago. Winter is now here in Ohio and I'm looking for some good floor mats.

I like the ones in the truck, but I don't know that they would hold much "slush" off my boots. I had Husky Liners in my last vehicle.

I didn't know if anyone had any personal experience / pictures. My factory mat slopes towards the door. The floor isn't sunken down to allow for a mat to hold a bunch of water.

 

my stockers are pretty deep… idk if they're standard of if I ended up with something optional but they're probably 1/2" deep and they hold all kinds of crap

Bit - Any chance you can snap a picture of the drivers seat mat? Curious if there is a lip along the door or how they contain everything.

 

Never mind, they actually have a picture of it in a truck on their site.

 

Looks like these are designed to drain right to the door?? My Husky's had a ~2" lip around them to keep everything contained.

 

I have weather techs also front and rear.

 

2" lip all around seems like it would just cause me to catch my boot on it and bust my *** a lot!

 

it was fine on my last vehicle because the floor pan sat down low from the door sill. However, these Weather Tech mats look like they would collect water and run it towards (over?) the door sill?
