Trucks don't even carry 5/55 its 3/36. I've argued with them until I was straight mad yesterday. The service manager doesn't give a ****. He drives a ragged old dodge so probably despises me having a new truck. He told me today I shouldn't have put that many miles on it in that time frame. What difference does that make. I use it for work. I have too.

I would post this over at GM-Trucks.com

There are customer service reps monitoring the forum. You probably won't get satisfaction but you'd probably stir up a **** storm that's paid attention to.

I just bought a left over 14 in April, and got a "smokin deal" on the B2B.. Was 2K, discounted to $1400. Got the book in the mail, and read it..Most every item the sales [finance mgr] told me was covered was not.
I cancelled it right then. Then, the bullshit started. Took a threat to call Gm, to get the refund processed.
On the 14, I had 60 days to cancel for a full refund.

As for the harness bullshit w/ the OP, they should find themselves talking to a lawyer...

I've always felt like anyone that doesn't get the extended coverage is an idiot... it's paid for itself 100x over for me on both of the trucks I've had before the 2014.

Well, got my truck back yesterday. Made it about 2 miles, check engine light comes on. I take it back and its a maf sensor code. He says it might be a fluke. They clear it, I leave. Almost home and its back on again. I scanned it but didn't clear it so they can see it today. 2 random misfire codes and maf code again. Now truck idles rough. Once this is sorted out its going to be traded in on a new ecoboost.

Bought my 2003 in November of 02' with an extended 100,000 warranty that cost me around $1500.00. Bought it at Ron Shaft in Baytown, Tx. Only used the warranty once at 80K miles my Speedo goes out. Then at about 2-3k over the warranty the water pump blows a seal and they covered that too. Today is a different era. If these newer trucks come with all these issues and dealerships bending over backwards NOT to help you then I think I will hold onto my old truck.. Shame, I really like the 2015 CCSB and was thinking hard about it.. Think I will hold for now.

Problems again. And I'm honestly hesitant about taking it to the dealer. Went to leave for work this a.m. and when I started it up it was running rough again and light back on. Coded P050D twice and P2098 once. Anyone have a clue what I can do to fix these.
