Tune question with supercharger

If your truck has been tuned for boost with 93 and you previously had flex fuel capabilities, can you still swap back and forth? Or is it over written and you have to only run 93?

Boost. That's a question for your tuner. Depends on how they did it. And you might not have enough injector to run ethanol with boost anyway.
