No slick salesman, I have always liked them. Besides what other full size truck came with a t56? Don't wanna build it either. Chevy, while I possess a major soft spot, lacks when it comes to building a factory sport truck.

Can you make one, sure? Will anybody know what it is right away, no? If you buy vehicles strictly off of logic, then why did you pro charge your last one? Passion should be involved I think.

Shoot you were right, you just sold your Maggie and cam, my fault. Like I said I want to see them with the 8 speed, just wanted something a little less ordinary with a little more power... Oh and a manual.

I hear that brother....I wish I could get into GM's parts bin to build a limited production truck.

Build the ZR-71 damnit...hear me GM?

If you build it we will ***......did I say that out loud....naah...couldn't have.

Seriously though....build a limited production run of a sport truck say a RCSB 2wd with an LT4 and a TR6060 lowered a couple inches all around...and an offroad truck LT4 and a ZF 6 speed with a 4" lift, or a 1500 truck body on a shortened 3/4 ton frame with HD running gear and 35's...rednecks have money...and we don't want to keep it...we'd rather buy toys.

Sigh

Yeah they are totally missing it. And they think there is not much market for sport trucks. Even the Ford Raptor is a hit.

Thats why you do limited production runs. the limited part makes people want one...and helps the guy/gal later on when they go to sell one.

Let me guess...they're basing their market research on the SSR? problem was, people who wanted one bought one the first year they were out...

So you do a small...say 5000 unit run, world wide.

then, not everyone gets one....increasing demand.

They're charging people up here in BC $20K to order a Hellcat....then you have to pay MSRP when you get it....and people are lining up.

My Civic lease is up in early 2016 and I've been looking into a new reg cab. 8 speed would be awesome, if it works correctly. I want a 4wd stop light to stop light street bruiser to daily drive.

As it is now, a loaded 4wd reg cab is over 40k msrp. wtf.

No 8 sp. No leather interior. No 6.2 engine option. Dumbo 1970s halogen lights I'm guessing. They can shove it for what they're asking.

Ugh if only...
I miss my '12 Camaro LS3 and TR6060. That was such a badass combination. Why can't I get that in RCSB? It wouldn't weigh much more that a 5th gen Camaro and be way more practical.
