Default EcoTec 6.2 HP Numbers

So today GM released the 6.2 HP and TQ. numbers. 420 HP/450 TQ. What do you guys think. what you expected? Just thought id rant about it

the lt1 is at 460hp.

hpt has confirmed a cracked bin file. commence the blown up gen 5's!

GM says "estimate" '420HP on this site , is it more like 460?

The LT1 is the base C7 Corvette engine, it's numbers were released a day or two ago.

I was honestly expecting the truck 6.2 to have more, but that's still a very healthy number.

I talked to my buddy that works at a chevy dealership and there is rumor that GM might bring back the SS that should have mid 500HP numbers, motor unkown. but just a rumor that he said was going around.

I believe the 420/450#'s are right on par consider the vette is 450hp with standard exhaust.
