My biggest problem at this point is the constant pain in my neck,right shoulder and sternum.... Thinking the day i got home from the hospital may have been a bit soon to try to support my own body weight while i reached behind the chair in my living room to grab a part i needed and to go to the junkyard the next day.... Just wish my dumbass had never started smoking again!!

Being ready is the key. I quit many times before I was ready but finally 1 day I'd had enough. Turned out to be the easiest detox I ever went thru. Knowing that I had the Lord on my side made a huge difference too.

Not all of us believe in certain deities.... But as far as staying quit my biggest problem was that something would happen and it would trigger the urge to smoke again and sadly all it takes is one!!!
Sadly we all got sidetracked, lol think all of us are in for results.... Lol!!!
