Default Cam Phasing

Has anyone messed with the cam phasing to get more power with the stock cam?

I did the Corvette cam phasing tables on my 6.2... didnt notice a whole hell of a lot. I already had the afr dialed in and more timing added...

Are the vette tables much different than the truck tables? Thought all the oe tunes were fairly conservative

If you don't mind me asking how much more timing were you able to add cause if I add any kind of timing I just get knock even with 91 in the tank. Maybe I'm missing something but I'm still on stock timing tables just have the high spark copyed into the low spark table for now. And my wot afr is between 12.5 and 12.7. Just normal driving my afr is 14.7 it's like that from cold start to up to temp.

The Vette table is more aggressive and adds about 2 degrees of retard up top..... didn't look at the entire table and memorize it lol. I am only at 22 degrees total ignition timing of course in the upper end but it works and I have zero KR on 94 fuel. It's 10% ethanol blended 91 if you all wonder what kind of swill I burn. I need to get my butt in gear and order the turbo setup I want on this thing... thought about a blower but nah. I am too busy trying to sell that useless Tundra I own across the border to one of you poor American suckers lol.

Meh...... I also didn't drive it so it doesn't really matter. The girl who had it liked it... she moved on and most guys I hire run their own trucks contract versus a company one so I don't need it. I don't like driving it at all and honestly I run m old 05 Sierra for work again lol.
