Here is the porting. Only minor cleaning of the weld joints on the outlets. The inlet got some extra work.

Got my custom 4" U Build It intake tube from Airaid installed today. 4", 90 degree bend with 12" straight section plus a 4" x 3.875" silicone reducer for the throttle body which is a perfect fit. Cost $85.00 I already had the 4" orange expansion section that I got from Cardinal Rubber in Rock Hill, SC. $30.00. That makes a nice and affordable intake tube.

Now I see what you mean about the intake tube hitting the belt with the downward angled C7 intake. The C7 routes the belt lower under the throttle body.

Now I need a 4" x 3.875" 45 degree elbow. Not likely to find one of those. Let me know what you come up with. For now, that's a show stopper.

Ha, 4" x 3.75" 45 degree silicone elbow! I think this just might work. I got one extra if you need it.

Definitely interested in seeing how you did that! I would not even imagine it's possible to reroute the factory belt another way and still have everything work.

Nice job! I'm betting the C7 intake will give you a nice bump in hp on the top end. Good luck on the dyno.
