Use a jack under the truck to put it where you want it, then measure.

If you are sure you want to maintain current height or possible raise a little lets do the 217. If you think you may want to go lower in the future lets do the 205.

I am also running Belltech's on all four of my 01 stepside. They aren't bouncy, but they are a bit stiff. I don't know if that's how they will stay after broken in, or if they will mellow out. I personally like it, reminds me of driving my s14 240sx on coilovers lol!
