So this has happened a few times now and it's really weird. I'll be driving somewhere and everything is fine, stop at a light or something where I'm stopped but still in gear and all of a sudden when I accelerate and it tries to shift to 3rd it won't so it just hunts around and stays in 2nd and will not shift at all. Only way I have been able to make it work properly is to kill it and let it set for a while.

Anyone had this issue or any insight on what might be the cause?

 

Have you tried a self clean of the solenoids or an Adaptive relearn of your tune

I have not, I'll do some research on how to do those two things now.
