2014 5.3 spark plug newb question

had to just go with the stock ac delco iridiums, the ngk were **** and made tuning the truck impossible. Really sucks that they are about $10 a pop x8 for a hard lesson.

These heads have very little in aftermarket plug options, I would guess if you were going big boost would have to tap your own holes for br7e or something like that.

The kit is a nx plate system dyno numbers were on a hub dyno

Do you have any other mods, headers, traction control, Drs, etc when you recorded that 13 flat?

I'm really interested in that NX kit and I want to run 13.0 index racing. I was hoping to get there with less than a 150 shot; actually half that.

(I guess my expectations don't match reality)

I have a hard shift transmission tune from slowhawk performance since he's local to me. Still have stock manifolds and cats with a glass pack dumped before rear tire. Stock tires that came with the truck and 4x4 launching to get out of the hole there's more in it with some more tuning and probably drag radials in 2wd. But I'm actually selling the kit right now I have it listed in classifieds going turbo it was fun when the bottle was full.

I have the ngk in my truck and having no tuning issues.
