LTZ and SLT is the only way to get a 3.73,not an option for denali or high country or Z71

Default need tires

you need some better rated tires to run that fast. truck tires are not rated
that's why GM puts speed limiter's on trucks, and you also have drive
shaft issues when going fast.

Truck is still running good! Faster than before I think. He hasn't been back to the track. Too busy working on the 5.3 turbo Camaro! And for the driveshaft comment, neither of us have ever had any issues and we both have seen past 120 several times. Mine has 206k and his '10 had 250k miles with no issues. They must be hit and miss or just in the reg cabs or something.

One thing I'm trying to find out is at what speed does he have his WOT shifts points set at for best performance. I'm wanting to tune my WOT shift points by mph instead of rpm.

did some data logging in case anyone else needs the same info.

2014 GMC Sierra, 6.2 with 3.42's with factory 20" wheels. My desired WOT shift points for optimal 1/4 mile or 0-100 mph:

1st 6200 rpm = 41 mph
2nd 6100 rpm = 69 mph
3rd 6100 rpm = 107 mph
4th 6000 rpm = ? didn't go that fast.
5th 6000 rpm = ?

Still be interested in what Lance has with 3.73's.
